Are true colors shown on your website for rug images?
Yes, the rugs showcased on the website are in true colors. However, depending on the resolution of your device's screen, there might be slight variation in the color of the actual rug and it's website image. You can reach us mailto:help@broadcast.comfor inquiring about more images.
What are charges for rug washing services.
To retain it’s luster and beauty, your rug should be deep-cleaned every 12 to 18 months, depending upon the life-style of the household, frequency of vacuuming, and whether the carpet is a light or dark color.
We do not offer our expert rug washing services yet.
What if my rug is damaged, defective in any way ,or just not the item i ordered?
Each of our rug goes through strict quality checks before it is dispatched. However, in case the rug is damaged in transit, we request you to share with us the pictures of the damaged part, as soon as you receive the rug, at help@broadcast.com , along with your order ID. After receiving your email we will ensure resolution within 1 working day.
